  1. Try swapping cables between the two devices and see where the problem follows.
  2. Then the call traces would not be about macvlan. Yes.
  3. Did you get an automated email reply? If not use the contact form again.
  4. First post mentions disks 3 and 6 failing, but if disk 4 is missing, parity is no longer valid, you can sync instead with the remaining disks, and then see if you don't get read errors from disks 3 and 6, or others, all data from disk4 will be gone, if other disks have read errors during the sync you could lose some more data, and based on SMART, it's very possible.
  5. That doesn't look normal, but not sure if it's a problem.
  6. They are rated up to 500MB/s, they cannot sustain that speed for writes, though it should be faster than what you are seeing, but one or both could be failing.
  7. Pre-reboot would be better, but these allow to check SMART for both disks, which does not look great, but most data should still be salvageable, re-sync parity and see if you get any errors from both disks.
  8. If you really need macvlan, you can still use, as long as bridging is disabled.
  9. Please post the current diagnostics.
  10. That looks like a flash drive problem, you can try recreating it first, if the same replace the flash drive.
  11. Most likely the ticket did not get created, did you get an automated reply back? If you didn't, use the contact form to contact support again until you get a reply.
  12. If it's still missing after downgrading, the upgrade wasn't the problem, do you know to which controller the device is connected to?
  13. The GPU driver is usually required for GUI mode, it's not for non GUI mode.
  14. Nope, only if you do a new config and assign a temporary device to the array.
  15. That doesn't look like the typical macvlan call trace, but retest with ipvlan, also enable the syslog server, to see if it catches anything else.
