3 Drives reported "wrong" after upgrade from rc4 to rc5

This appears to be controller related, it can happen with RAID controllers and one of the reasons they are not recommended, though not sure why only certain devices were using the long name.

 

You can do a new config, re-assign disk3, re-assign both pool devices as they were, check "parity is already valid" and start the array.

Good, do you by any chance have some saved diags from rc4 to see if the HP HPSA Driver is older?

I don't think so, no. Will double check but I suspect if I do they will be from a much older release

 

Just checked and the only older ones I have were from 6.9.2
