[6.10-rc3] Docker "Host access to custom networks" is broken after reboot

As the title says. It works when enabling it while the system is running but is broken after a reboot of Unraid.

 

Multiple people are having this problem:

 

For me this is a crucial bug as I need this thing working and I can't trust my server being in a working state after a reboot.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
