6.12 RC Series - TimeMachine Not Working

Since updating to the 6.12 series, my Mac can no longer backup using TimeMachine to the same share that worked previously. I can manually connect to the share, associate it in TimeMachine but when it tries to connect for the first backup, there is a connection error.

 

Is there some special setting in 6.12 I need to flip to make this work?
