I see the same thing but it's not new with 6.7. Earlier versions showed the same for me. Everything works fine so far. Can't reproduce it, when it happens. Sometimes it shows "starting services" forever, sometimes not.

Edit: After writing this i changed the permission of one of my shares from "private hidden read/write" to "private hidden read only" for one of my users after i deleted some files and it disappeared.

I think there is some race condition which sometimes prevents to clear the "last" message before the array goes online. Hopefully one day we find out the cause, until then it is a GUI display glitch.

I did the same thing as yesterday. Changed the permisson for one of my users for one share and it disappeared.

Before i went to bed yesterday i checked and "services starting" wasn't there. And now it's back again.

There was a small change made in 6.7.0-rc2 that might fix this.

Weird. It happened again on 6.7.0 RC2 same as yesterday over night the message comes back up. I have no idea whats causing it. I have a BTRFS snapshot script for my VMs which is running every morning at 6am and a second script starting one VM every morning at 7:30am. Running them by hand don't show this effect. Any ideas?

Ok I know what's happening.  Should be fixed in next release.  Message is harmless, it's just not getting cleared at the right time, that is, doesn't mean it's hung up on 'Starting services".
