[6.7.0-rc5] Log filtering not working

The way I understand this, these messages showing in the log should to be filtered, but are still showing in the log.

:msg,contains,"Error: Nothing to do" stop
:msg,contains,"user \"logout\" was not found in \"/etc/nginx/htpasswd\", client" stop

This is right after a fresh boot.
