After clearing all notifications, icons on top-right (like the Logout / Terminal / Feedback / Info / Log / Help) won't work until page is refreshed again. I speculate that notifications somehow steal focus in that region and never give it back, like there's some invisible area blocking clicks there.
I've sighted this several times, across different reboots, so seems to be consistently and reproducible.
