6.9.0-RC1 - issue with RTL8125

I don't know when the issue started, which beta, but today I noticed slow transfer rates with RC1.

Iperf3 shows that:

Desktop -> unraid I get full about 2.5Gbps transfer rates,

unraid -> Desktop I only get about 1Gbps.

 

It is only slow in one direction.

 

After some failed attempts to understand what the problem is I downgraded unraid to 6.8.3 and all becomes OK, upgraded again to 6.9.0 RC1 and issue presents itself.
