[7.0.0-rc.1] Multiple configuration issues related to access

I recently upgraded from the most recent beta to rc.1. When I upgraded, I was no longer able to access my server. After connecting a monitor to the server, I noticed that the name of the server had changed.

 

Previous configuration: hub, port 8000

Upgrade configuration: tower, port 80/443

 

So it appears that somehow the upgrade changed the name of my server and the ports for access back to the defaults. I am attempting to change the name back to hub, but it doesn't seem to be taking the setting.
