I have initially reported this for rc.1 but did not noticed the full process, this time I made sure check this before upgrade:

1. Checked that everything is valid under "Management access -> Unraid API extra origins"

2. Reboot to make sure it stays.

3. Updated to rc.2

4. After reboot:

5. Updated the value again

6. Reboot again to check that it is due to the update and not due to the reboot itself.
