[7.1.0 RC2] Docker page stops loading when I try to update a container

This happens with any docker that I click on update, the CPU load goes to 100% and the Docker tab stops loading, but all containers still run perfectly fine.

Apparently there is some I/O hang? But that doesn't explain Java using it all (on top).
