Can't achieve C10 state since Unraid 7 beta3

Hello all,

 

Thought I'd raise a bug report for this issue so that it can be resolved in rc3 or 4.

I was able to achieve C10 pkg (hw) state on 7 beta 2 and previous (6.x.x)  but not on 7 beta 3/4 and rc2 (I never go around to trying rc1), the best I can get is C3. As soon as I revert to beta 2, all is fine and I achieve C10 again.

I've opened up this as a new bug report and am keeping it on rc2 so that I can help with testing to uncover/unpick/solve this bug.

I've attached powertop screenshots and the diagnostics file as well.
