CPU Mode - Migratable option broke vm

Hey guys! Just adding here for visibility,

After upgrade from latest 6 to 7beta2 i used the clone vm function on web gui. 

Everything was working great. So i decided to now experiment with new Migratable option, turning off. 
After that, VM never worked again, all CPU cores gets stuck at 100% during boot and the only way to fix was changing CPU mode to Emulated. 
Using Host now with or without Migratable does not work anymore. Emulated mode makes work. 
CPU: Amd Tr 3970x
GPUs on VMs: are passthrough 

Happened on two different VMs.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
