  • Flash device Corrupted on 6.10 RC1 release

    Dear Support,

    just received a message that my USB Device is corrupted and i should post the diagnostics for help here.

    It came as a surprise to me but this is what happened just now:

    Is there anything more I can do right now ?

    This is not a bug but a general support issue, next time please use the general support forum.

     

    You're having USB issues, and not just with the flash drive:

    USB for array/pool devices is not recommended, for the flash drive try another port, ideally a USB 2.0 port.

    Open = Under consideration.

     

    Solved = The issue has been resolved.

     

    Solved version = The issue has been resolved in the indicated release version.

     

    Closed = Feedback or opinion better posted on our forum for discussion. Also for reports we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.

     

    Retest = Please retest in latest release.


    Priority Definitions

     

    Minor = Something not working correctly.

     

    Urgent = Server crash, data loss, or other showstopper.

     

    Annoyance = Doesn't affect functionality but should be fixed.

     

    Other = Announcement or other non-issue.
