KVM not starting after upgrading from 6.10-rc2 to rc5 or rc7

After I've upgraded from 6.10-rc2 to rc5 and then tried to manually install rc7 I get the following error: 

CPU is unssuported
...
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
error: Operation not supported: Cannot use direct socket mode if no URI is set

 

I have an AMD Ryzen 3700x and my Motherboard is ASUS MB STRIX X570-E GAMING

 

Tried to run 6.9.2 and it works without any issues.

 

Where could I get the 6.10-rc2 to download? I only found the stable releases.
