Moving to Beta 4 causes one of my HBAs to no longer register drives.

Hello.

 

As you'll see from my diag reports (attached both Beta 2's, which had the HBA functioning and Beta 4 where it was non functioning), half of the drives in my array disappear when moving to anything higher than Beta 2. Beta 3 also had this error.

 

As far as I understand it, Beta 3 and 4 are not shwoing the mpt3sas driver as being in use with one of the HBAs.

I have tried moving the HBA to another 16x slot, the bios detects the card fine, and the card shows that drives are connected in its own interface.
