• Server name forced case

    Just a little piddly thing. 6.8 seems to force case on the Dashboard. My server name is tdm but it's displaying as Tdm.

    What's the reasoning it's by design?  Surely what makes more sense is to take the case as it's entered into the identification field.

    Consistency, all title fields on the Dashboard page use capitalization.

    Um, I see some with a leading Cap, others all caps. Like MOTHERBOARD. 

     

    Fwiw the new login screen follows the entered case.

     

    When the server name isn't a word, but an acronym, leading caps just looks odd.

    Names in uppercase are sections and have an icon in front.

    Solved version = The issue has been resolved in the indicated release version.

     

    Closed = Feedback or opinion better posted on our forum for discussion. Also for reports we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.

     

    Retest = Please retest in latest release.


    Priority Definitions

     

    Minor = Something not working correctly.

     

    Urgent = Server crash, data loss, or other showstopper.

     

    Annoyance = Doesn't affect functionality but should be fixed.

     

    Other = Announcement or other non-issue.
