tailscale_container_hook keeps changing to a folder

the script /usr/local/share/docker/tailscale_container_hook is being changed to a folder on each reboot but this script is needed in order to have tailscale work in the docker containers. Once I remove the folder then backup the script with +x perms my containers start fine after an edit/restart that need tailscale.
