Unable to view notification history

Having just upgraded from 6.11.5 to 6.12.0-rc4.1 I have noticed that I am unable to view the notification history once all the notifications have been acknowledged.

Unless I am missing something? Hovering over Alerts, Warnings or Notices does not bring up the submenu of View, History or Acknowledge.

 

I have tried this in Chrome and Safari.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
