unRAID Appata keeps reverting to array

Good evening, for some reason my appdata share keeps reverting to my array from my cache pool. this is causing a lot of my containers to fail as there is no appdata folder on the array so they fail to start or get permission issues. 

 

I have attached screen shots and i have also attached a diagnostic file. unraid diagnostic.zip

 

 

Docker service stopped
