Two notes:
- Added sdparm command in order to get SAS spin-up/down implemented properly. If you have SAS controllers with SAS HDD's please send me PM if you are willing to help debug this.
- Removed kernel patch which was trying to work around problematic Silicon Motion SM2262/SM2263 NVMe controllers. A different workaround is recommended.
