Very new to this, apologies if I miss something.

 

265K & Asus Z890AYW Motherboard.


I have tried onboard Ethernet, TP-Link UE300C USBC Ethernet adapter & Silcom PEG2BPIX1-CS-ROHS (had laying around). Each time, boot sequence states "Eth0" does not exist.
