Unraid v7 Beta 3 - stop update at: extracting: /boot/unRAIDServer/syslinux/syslinux.cfg

Hello everyone
OK firstly I have to say that this only happened on the second server. The first server runs without problems with Beta3. 
What did I want to do Update Beta2 to Beta3.
After initialising the update, the script stops at the point already specified in the title -> extracting: /boot/unRAIDServer/syslinux/syslinux.cfg.

Even after 30 minutes of waiting, nothing happens:
The server is still running in the background and I can access the Gui without any problems. There it simply tells me that the update is still running.

What can I do?
