ZFS appdata dataset cannot be writtten to unless by root

My appdata share is a dataset on a mirror-0 ZFS pool.

Ever since the upgrade to 7.2.0, Docker containers and SMB lost write access to appdata. I upgraded to 7.2.1rc1 to see if it has been fixed but to no avail. `appdata` permissions and owners are drwxr-xr-x and nobody:users
