    Select is to allocate to the VM, Optional is to set the optional flag to ignore the USB if not connected.

    Will also show if it missing. So this is by design.

    So this example if Z-Stick and QNAP devices are missing the VM will not start. But if the Keyboard is not connected the VM will start. This is a new enhancement.
