[6.11.2] 2nd network card not working

Hi,
My Unraid network looks something like this. (the piece in red seems to be the problem)

I have had this setup for almost a year , it seems the nic is getting detected in unraid but no file transfers or pings happen thorough this nic. In 6.11.1 it seems the nic was not even getting detected but on 6.11.2 the nic gets detected every time but does not work to the desktop.

This does seem to be a unraid issue , should i try downgrading to 6.10x , Classifying this as minor as the main interface works but seems to be a pretty big showstopper.
