[6.11.5] NIC I225-LM suddenly lost(QNAP QM2-2P2G2T)

My server info:

 

- HPE MicroServer Gen10 Plus
- UnRAID 6.11.5
- PCIE expansion card QNAP QM2-2P2G2T(I225-LM)

 

I bought a QNAP QM2-2P2G2T PCIE expansion card, everything worked fine at first. Recently I started trying to copy a large number of files through the I225-LM 2.5G network interface of the expansion card, after several hours the I225-LM network card was lost from the unraid server, executing The `ip a` command also fails to see:

I executed `lshw -class network` command, I225-LM NIC interface shows `UNCLAIMED`:
