The Docker page loading logo, spins up the animation then disappears then shows up again. I had the FolderView plugin it kept refreshing that each time. I uninstalled it and still same issue.

    Try booting in safe mode.

I booted into safe mode but didn't have time to see if the array and docker would start up.

I just went ahead and reverted back to 6.12.10, but the issue is still there.

That suggests the release is not the problem.

So I found the below instructions and followed them. After doing this, Docker is working correctly again.

Corrupted Docker Image: The Docker image might have become corrupted, which can lead to erratic behavior.

    1. Go to Settings > Docker.
    2. Stop the Docker service.
    3. Under the Docker image location, you can click Delete Docker image file. This will delete and recreate the Docker image. Note that you will have to reinstall your Docker containers after doing this, but they should retain their data/configurations if they use appdata.
    4. Click Apply to recreate the Docker image.
    5. Reinstall your containers from the Previous Apps section in Community Applications to quickly restore them.
