6.12.13 Major mouse lag with my Logitech mouse after upgrading

I run windows 10 vm with all the drives set to manual and after upgrading I started getting major Logitech mouse lag in games and when I moved my mouse to my work computer with the Synergy mouse sharing application. I updated the mouse driver, updated to the latest VirtIO drivers. I then changed the input polling rate down to the lowest setting of 125/sec, it slightly improved, but still not usable. I ended up downgrading back to 6.12.8 and normal mouse operation returned.
