6.5.1-rc5 - Main tab has no drop-down drive selections on boot after clean config

Not always reproduceable but rebooting after creating a fresh config with no drive preservation presents a Main tab on reboot with no dropdowns for drive selection for the drive slots. Refreshing the page corrects the issue.

 

Attached diagnostics are from right after it happened (in safe mode) though I wasn't able to reproduce it while gathering info on another bug.
