  • [6.6] Web Gui Fail to start after graceful reboot

    • Closed Minor

Rebooted the system and the web Gui and all docker services failed to start. Logs attached.

I can access the system through putty, but I can't figure out how to get to the services. The man page doesn't list anything useful and the command 'service' doesn't exist.

Just to remove a variable from the equation, can you take the flash drive into another computer, edit /config/go and remove the duplicated /usr/sbin/emhttp & line from it, try it again and then post diagnostics again if there's still trouble.

No idea what's causing that but there's something very wrong, syslog is showing repeated lines on things that should never repeat and then call traces left and right, maybe start by trying safe mode, or another flash drive.

Here is what I did, I did an immediate roll back to validate data integrity (no use continuing if my shit is gone) as I've had corrupted File System Tables before and lost all my data a year ago.

Everything was there. I made the edit to the /config/go file you suggested (I can't believe I did that.)

Then I did a roll forward to 6.6.1 as I was also seeing Kernel and Memory errors.

Right now things look good, so I'm going to hope to god everything works for the next month while I'm gone. Not sure my dad could help me fix this if it goes down.
