[6.8.3] Error parsing Docker image tag if url contains a specific port

For docker images on private registry use specific port :

my.registry.tld:5001/myimage:1.0.0

Unraid parse images tag at :5001 and not at :1.0.0 and it's not possible to automatically detect update.
