After setting the update notification in Settings/Notifications, the check update button on the plug-in page or system update page is gone。This bug also exists in the previous 6.90 beta。

That's the way it works.  When plugin notifications are set to never check, the button is active so you can manually check for updates to the plugins.  With it set to anything else, plugins are checked whenever you go to the plugins page.

This will cause unnecessary refresh and delay the time to open the project page. For example, the plug-in page may be frequently accessed. Will it be like a few seconds of suspended animation each time you open it.

Not really a bug, but operation by design.

When a check schedule is selected, the GUI ensures the information is always up to date when opening the page.

Alternatively the user can select to do manual update checks.
