[ 6.9.2] Special character in share name

Hey,

I know isn't the best solution to use special character to name a share but for sort 20 or 30 shares, I didn't found a better solution.

 

Few scenarios (Share naming > result) :

 

  • [Archives] unRAID : displayed as [Archives in SMB
  • Archives] unRAID : not displayed at all in SMB
  • [Archives unRAID : displayed as expected

 

I don't know if it's a bug or a restriction in SMB.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
