[6.9.2] Target host not reachable at some point.

So and now I have the problem again that I wrote about before. At some point the server stops responding. He doesn't seem to have a network or whatever. About CMD it says "target host not reachable". And the whole system feels very slow during the parity chech (a lot takes forever and once nothing worked and I had to take the power off the pc). Enclosed the logs and diagnostics. The problem has probably occurred between 09.08 and 10.08 unfortunately I cannot say exactly when.
