[7.0.0] ipmitool no longer works after update

after removing nerdtools and updating to 7.0.0. upgrade went well.

but when searching for my usual nerdtool plugins (screen, python, ipmitool, etc) to install,

all went well except ipmitool

ipmitool installed, but terminal command line ipmitool is not to be found

i need it to control fan speeds on my dell r510 + r610

i also tried freeipmi install from url, it did not work as well

i also tried installing idrac-dell-fan-control and that did not work as well

so i downgraded back to 6.12.14
