[7.0.1] Laggy/Slow or unresponsive UI after update

I recently updated to 7.0.1 from 7.0.0, where I had no issue. I have to downgrade as the UI is mostly slow, sluggish or unresposive to mouse interaction. My other server is running 6.12.15 with no issue.

Attached diagnostics as per requests when downgrading
