[7.1.2] Azure Theme Sidebar Item Widths Inconsistent

I am a long timer user of the Azure Theme and i just updated to 7.1.2. I noticed with this latest update the width of item pop-outs on the sidebar now seems to be dependent on how much text they contain. My recollection is that previously they had a consistent minimum width. Is this an intentional change (if so I am not a fan) or a bug in the theme?
