[7.1.3] After upgrading to 7.1.3 Unraid + Docker containers can't access the internet anymore.

EDIT: Well turns out, it's not just Docker containers.

After upgrading to 7.1.3 none of my Docker containers could access the internet anymore.

I then downgraded to 7.1.2 and everything worked again.

Interestingly enough I upgraded to 7.1.3 AGAIN yesterday to collect diagnostics - and at first everything worked but when I checked again now: Docker containers can't access the internet anymore.
