[7.1.4] Multicast broken in Docker containers

After upgrading from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4, my docker containers no longer receive Multicast messages from anywhere. A downgrade to 7.1.3 fixed the issue.

This may be related to other network issues with 7.1.4
