[7.2.0] Update changes Unraid timezone

After upgrading from 7.1.4 to 7.2.0 Unraid's timezone defaulted to -10 Hawaii.

Known to happen on two different servers so it's 2/2 that I know of.

Since some apps are dependent on correct time this is an annoyance at least.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
