Adding WebUI url to existing docker instance that had no WebUI url doesn't work

To reproduce in 6.6.6:

  1. Create a docker container that has no WebUI url on creation
  2. After container is working, edit container and add a URL to the WebUI field
  3. Clicking on docker icon shows no WebUI option in context menu

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
