After upgrade from 7.1.2 to 7.1.3 see a failed to connect supervisor message

after the upgrade from 7.1.2 to 7.1.3 i´ll see a

rc.local: installing /boot/extra packages

error: failed connect to the hypervisor

error: Operation not supportted: Cannot use direct socket mode if no URI is set. For more information see http://libvirt.org/kbase/failed_connection_after_install.html

Then it tried to reboot but keept stuck. After ha "hard reboot" it does reproduce the same error message - but it seems the system stays running for now.

Let me know if i need to provide specific logs (and where i can find them). Thanks.

Addendum: after i followed the link in the error message i´ve tried

virsh list

and i got my VM listed up and running... - strage.

Might be a timing issue?
