All drives missing in array after upgrade, but cache drives still there.

Attempted upgrades from 6.12.14 to 7.0.1 and 7.1.3. Both resulted in my array not recognizing the HDDs connected through a HBA LSI 9201-16i in IT Mode. Downgrade OS works for now as a solution, but I am worried the gap will become too great between versions that I will not be able to revert to save my data.
