Docker Service will not start on reboot

Every time I reboot my unRAID 7.0.1 server, the Docker service refuses to start (see screenshot capture.png). If I go to settings, Docker, the service is set to enabled, but it isn't running (see screenshot capture2.png). I can get it to run by disabling the service and then re-enabling the service.This has been going on for awhile now but is really only a nuisance. I was hoping a future upgrade would fix it, but so far that has not happened. I have also attached a recent diagnostics dump.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
