Edge Browser is missing GUI Header info and update screen is blank

So with 7.0 RC2 and now with 7.0 Release, I'm missing the header information in Edge and the update screen fails to load properly...

I've tried 2 different servers from 2 different client computers with the same results and if I view them in Chrome or from an Edge docker they look correct.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
