High CPU usage

Hello I'm having an issue with random high CPU usage. I've tried shutting down all my docker containers with no success. My CPu's return to normal after a reboot of the server. I've included diagnostic data. I'm using the latest release.

This happened again on 1/29. I unistalled unassigned devices with no luck.
