INCREASED ENERGY CONSUMPTION in 6.12.6 - C-States are no longer reached

I just made the update from 6.12.4 to 6.12.6, without changing anything i can't reach C10 States anymore, i'am Stuck on C3

a rollback to 6.12.4 brought C8/C10 again
