Multiple issues after upgrading from v7.0.1 to v7.1.0 , v7.1.2 and v7.1.3

I experience the same issues upgrading from v7.0.1 no matter what version i try (i.e. v7.1.0 or v7.1.2)

 

I have created 2 threads about the issues here and here. After many attempts i was about to collect some diagnostic logs while they were still v7.1.2. I had to revert both machines to v7.0.1 because of the instability issues. Please see my posts for detailed info.

 

UPDATE 1: Some hours later on the same day T02 server reported the USB was corrupt or unmounted. Since this USB drive was used for sometime i created and registered a new USB.
