My Servers Flash Backup Causing Constant Disk Activity

I've been seeing near constant disk activity since last night. I opened the logs and noticed the following line over and over again: 

unRAID flash_backup: adding task: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.my.servers/scripts/UpdateFlashBackup update

I disabled flash backups and things seem to have gone back to normal.
